Self discovery

I've been noticing lately that all my paintings of little girls or women are all black and white. A good friend pointed out that it made him think of the purity in a child. It's makes me feel like I have some self discovery left to do. My work is mostly bold and colourful and I see so much beauty and life in everything that surrounds me but I must not know yet what it means to feel like that as a girl or as women.
